We ordered the calzone pizza. Unfortunately, it arrived cold inside and the dough was undercooked. When we pointed this out, we were given an unfolded replacement pizza. Because of the delay, we ended up eating one after the other instead of together. At checkout, we were told that an unfolded pizza was a safer choice. While we appreciated the replacement, we felt that some kind of goodwill gesture would have been appropriate given the inconvenience. Overall, the experience was somewhat disappointing.
