everything feels very precise and intentional here, like every small detail has a reason. the tasting menu was full of surprises, some bites simple, others very complex, but all of them made sense together. service was calm, confident, not too formal. not a place to go if you're in a rush, but if you want to enjoy something special, this really works.

¡Extraordinario! Una experiencia gastronómica de primer nivel. Desde la vajilla y la cubertería, queda claro que todo está pensado al milímetro. El salón es sencillo y acogedor, sin excesos: no le falta ni le sobra nada. Aromas, sabores y texturas que sorprenden en cada plato, cada uno más original e interesante que el anterior. Disfrutas cada bocado con combinaciones inesperadas y llenas de sabor. Los vinos recomendados, aciertos totales. Y los postres, una auténtica maravilla. La experiencia es redonda gracias al excelente trabajo de todo el equipo Bardal: amables, atentos y muy profesionales. Sin duda, muy recomendado. Y por supuesto… esperamos volver. Gracias Chef !
