Plaza del Socorro este centrul politic modern al orașului Ronda, deoarece aici Blas Infante a desfășurat pentru prima dată, în 1918, stema și drapelul andaluz, în timp ce stătea pe balconul de la primul etaj al „Circulo de Artistas”...clădirea cunoscută sub numele de Cazinou și Circulo de Artistas sau Societatea Artiștilor este situată în partea de nord a Plaza del Socorro din Ronda...în Plaza del Socorro, centrală, se află și o statuie a unui bărbat semi-gol, cu doi lei lângă el și câțiva stâlpi în spate...statuia îl reprezintă pe Hercule, cu stâlpii lui Hercule în spate...el se ține de doi lei pe care își propune să-i îmblânzească, deși îmblânzirea a doi lei nu a fost niciodată una dintre sarcinile stabilite pentru Hercule...stema, steagul și simbolurile Andaluziei au fost proiectate de Blas Infante...Parroquia de Nuestra Señora del Socorro sau biserica parohială din Socorro a fost construită abia în 1956, deoarece cea anterioară fusese complet distrusă și arsă în 1936...

Una plaza muy bonita y con mucho encanto!! Tiene mucho ambiente y rodeada de muchas tiendas y restauración. Es muy tranquila y compuesta por unos edificios dignos de admirar.
