Un endroit surréaliste au possible pour rendre l'olive reine des lieux Un très bon parcours explicatifs du process de fabrication et sur le lieu désigné par Philippe Starck (15 euros avec audioguide, étant sûrement un peu excessif) La dégustation d'huiles et du vinaigre parfait la visite, ainsi que le repas en terrasse (les deux à des prix abordables)

Wonderful experience doing the guided tour with Aileen? We learnt so much and got to experience tasting some amazing olive oil.

Cellar Door

Interesting museum all about the history of olive oil. Uniquely designed building. A bit boring for kids though. Restaurant has a great view of the valley and great menu of local produce.
