Location curata ed accogliente. Giardino incantevole. Atmosfera rilassante. Servizio solerte e cortese. Grazie agli ottimi suggerimenti di Manuel abbiamo gustato piatti deliziosi in cui l'eccellenza della materia prima si è ben coniugata con la maestria dello chef. Calamaretti freschissimi con pomodorini e peperoncino, gamberi in pasta kataifi, insalata di mare alla gallura, dentice con funghi porcini e tartufo. Tutto accompagnato da un amabile vermentino di Gallura. Per concludere con dolcezza Seadas, crema catalana, gelato allo zabaglione e semifreddo al torroncino: un omaggio alla felicità accompagnato dal mirto della casa. Un'esperienza enogastronomica di eccelsa qualità in un ambiente davvero piacevole. Da rivivere!
