Difficile raccontare a parole l’esperienza che si vive ai Piani: un luogo che, nel cuore elegante dei Parioli, riesce a unire la freschezza autentica del mare con un’accoglienza calorosa ma sempre misurata. Ho avuto il piacere di sedermi al loro tavolo e lasciarmi sorprendere da un crudo che, senza esagerare, definirei uno dei migliori mai assaggiati a Roma: materia prima eccellente, selezionata con cura maniacale, e presentata in modo essenziale, senza fronzoli, perché quando il pesce è davvero fresco non serve altro. La qualità del pescato si sente in ogni boccone, dal crudo agli altri piatti di pesce, tutti costruiti intorno a un concetto chiaro: esaltare la materia prima senza sovrastarla. Ogni portata arriva in tavola al momento giusto, con una delicatezza che riflette la straordinaria attenzione di tutto il personale di sala: professionali, sorridenti, attenti a ogni dettaglio, ma mai invadenti. Si percepisce la passione di chi ha voluto creare un posto dove l’esperienza non è solo gastronomica ma umana: qui ci si sente davvero coccolati, dal benvenuto fino all’ultimo sorso di vino.
