Pizza molto buona, ma tempi di attesa lunghissimi e servizio di conseguenza mediocre! PARTE 2 Vorrei offrire una risposta più dettagliata ed esaustiva al commento del locale, nella speranza che possiate comprendere meglio il disagio causato dall’eccessivo tempo di attesa per una semplice pizza… La pizza era davvero ottima, nulla da dire sulla qualità del cibo, che merita assolutamente. Purtroppo, però, l’esperienza nel complesso è stata decisamente deludente a causa del servizio. Il locale era per metà vuoto, non c’erano affatto 200 persone, diversi tavoli erano già stati serviti, eppure abbiamo dovuto aspettare circa 20 minuti solo per ordinare, e poi un’ora per ricevere la pizza. Siamo arrivati alle 19:55 e abbiamo mangiato alle 21:20! Inoltre, dopo aver mangiato la pizza ordinata, abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile ordinare dell’altra pizza, ma ci è stato risposto che ci sarebbe stata molta attesa, nonostante la situazione in sala sembrasse piuttosto gestibile. Dispiace davvero, perché la qualità della pizza meriterebbe un servizio più attento e organizzato.

Sono venuto insieme ai miei amici per la classica pizzata del weekend. All'arrivo mancavano due coperti e, una volta ordinato il cibo e il bere, ci é arrivata la pizza a distanza di un'ora dalla prenotazione. Ciò che secondo me é clamoroso é il fatto che le bevande ordinate sono arrivate una volta finita la pizza:sembra fatto apposta. Il personale si é dimostrato assai disattento e piú volte superficiale, non ha soddisfatto per niente le nostre richieste. Dicono che il tempo é denaro, quindi armatevi di pazienza, augurando un futuro più roseo per questo locale.
