Non mi dilungo sulla bontà della marinara sbagliata con pesto, della cacio e pepe (mi hanno diviso la teglia in due per poterle assaggiare entrambe) e del dolce spaziale con impasto della pizza al cacao con mascarpone (si potrebbe cenare anche solo col dolce. Ne ho portato a casa metà alle mie fanciulle) Tutto fatto in casa con ingredienti di primissima qualità. Da appassionato di panificazione, il titolare nonché pizzaiolo di questo posticino meraviglioso a conduzione familiare, ha anche grande competenza su farine e tempistiche di gestione dell'impasto. Tornerò sicuramente!

Abbiamo mangiato un paio di volte solo da asporto, per ora. Devo riconoscere che la pinsa è molto farcita ed è veramente buona! Sicuramente ci saranno altre occasioni per rimangiarla...
