About

With arched chests, flared nostrils, and hundreds of horsepower united - the Fountain of the Four Horses stands as a symbol of Rimini and a "pilgrimage" site for tourists captivated by the wild and untamed force within the cold embrace of stone. The circular pool surrounding the sculptures embodies the sea, with streams of water pouring into it, in whose murmuring one can hear a muffled neighing and stomping. Topping the fountain is a huge and almost flat bowl, supported by the frothing necks of the silent animals striving for freedom far beyond the boundaries of Federico Fellini Park. Each night, lights turn on, and the quartet of horses is illuminated by bright, colorful beams, intensifying the spectacle.
