Café antigo do Porto, pelo menos há 20 anos que o conheço como o "Cancela Velha", se calhar e visto que hoje em dia já há muito poucos, dos mais antigos em funcionamento! A sua maior mais valia depende sem duvida do seu atendimento, já desde o Sr. Hélder, simpático, bom conversador QB, educado, sabia estar, este senhor era impressionante, bastava sentar no interior ou exterior e dependendo da hora automaticamente me era trazido o Café em chávena fria não muito cheio, ou o que fosse, dependendo da hora do dia, sem que uma palavra lhe fosse dita, a não ser o Bom dia mútuo quando entregava o serviço, e como eu eram muitos os clientes que dizem exatamente o mesmo deste sr. Hoje em dia a sua equipa de funcionários é também impecável, prestável e eficiente! O café ou qualquer negócio que lide com pessoas dependem sim de quem faz o atendimento ao cliente! Disse!
