Ontem ocorreu uma situação absolutamente inaceitável neste espaço. Um amigo meu foi agredido fisicamente por um dos seguranças, sem qualquer provocação ou motivo legítimo. A abordagem foi violenta, desproporcional e sem qualquer tentativa de diálogo prévio. Este tipo de comportamento é inadmissível e ilegal, ainda mais por parte de quem tem a responsabilidade de garantir a segurança e o bem-estar de todos os clientes. Ele vai apresentar queixa formal junto das autoridades competentes e esperamos que sejam tomadas medidas. Não recomendo este espaço a ninguém que valorize respeito, segurança e dignidade. Um ambiente onde os clientes são tratados com violência gratuita não merece a confiança do público.
