It was flame-grilled to a beautiful char, with meat falling off the bone. The accompanying broth was light and comforting. the fahsa served bubbling hot in a traditional stone bowl was the true showstopper, inside were chunks of slow-cooked meat swimming in a rich, spiced stew. Every bite carried the warmth of Yemeni home cooking. What I really appreciated was the attention to detail epecially mandi and the fahsa, this place will convert you in one sitting.
