Un petit resto sympathique, très bon service. Le ramen vege a un bouillon savoureux et des légumes variés, le ramen porc avec une viande tendre et très bon également. Les bols sont un peu petits en revanche, ça manque de quantité.

Les goûts et les couleurs, nous avons tous les nôtres. Pour ma part, j'ai bien apprécié ce ramen, mais sans plus. J'ai trouve le porc shashu un peu sec et les trois tranches annoncées sont en fait des demi tranches. L'oeuf Tamagotchi est délicieux, bien coulant à souhait. En dessert le fondant matcha est assez original également. Comme beaucoup, ils préparent leurs nouilles directement sur place mais j'ai quand même noté deux petites particularités : - premièrement les nouilles sont cuites "al dente" et ça, ça fait franchement plaisir - deuxièmement, le bouillon, maison, est beaucoup moins gras que ce que j'ai l'habitude de goûter et j'ai pu finir celui-ci sans difficulté Au final comme je disais, chacun a ses goûts, moi j'ai trouvé ça bon, j'y retournerai même à l'occasion, mais ça ne m'a pas transcendé non plus. Ma compagne en revanche a déclaré qu'elle n'avait pas mangé d'aussi bon ramen depuis très longtemps. Chacun ses goûts et le mieux c'est encore que vous vous fassiez votre avis plutôt que de lire des commentaires ;-)
