The Epicure restaurant is the best among all the hotel restaurants in the world. It is located in Le Bristol - an equally famous place in Paris. The restaurant is awarded three Michelin stars and has an impressive wine collection - visitors face the tough choice of selecting from 2200 labels. During his presidency, Nicolas Sarkozy, who worked nearby, often stopped by to enjoy his favorite stuffed macaroni made by Chef Eric Frechon.

Beautiful environment, Great service. Food is good, very pricy but pretty good. If you are visiting Paris and have the budget for 1 fine dining experience, Epicure is the one.
