J'y vais depuis environ un an, régulièrement. J'ai une carte de fidélité qui se remplit petit à petit. Le propriétaire revend son fonds au salon de massage thaï du coin ; la dame me paraissait très gentille, grand sourire etc. On continue à remplir ma carte à chaque fois que j'y vais, et ce soir, je viens avec ma carte à laquelle il manque 1 tampon, je paye et on me dit "on ne la prend plus". Le fonds n'a pas changé, ni le nom, ni le pizzaiolo. Aucune communication concernant la carte de fidélité, pas une affichette, pas un mot, rien. Je dis donc "désolé mais vous ne me reverrez plus". Je rentre chez moi et les rappelle pour savoir si j'ai bien compris ce qu'on m'a dit. Réponse : "C'EST PAS GRAVE SI VOUS NE REVENEZ PLUS". On m'évoque l'inflation... Et pas un simple geste commercial de quelques euros, histoire d'être poli et commerçant. Derrière les grands sourires, le vrai visage. Je ne prétends pas être un client important, au contraire, mais je les croyais très gentils, je leur ai fait de la pub auprès de tout le monde pendant un an, je regrette énormément. Quelle déception.
