Superb pho. Très délicieux.

Petite déception pour ce lieu, pourtant recommandé par le guide Michelin. Je ne comprends pas cette sélection. Peut -être suis je passée à côté de quelque chose? En tous les cas, je me suis laissée tenter par un plat à base de canard. La sauce était très « ketchup », tomate sucrée chaude… y en avait ….beaucoup…c était plutôt écœurant. Quelques légumes dans cette sauce, coupés grossièrement. Les bouts de canard étaient généreux aussi . Mais avec leur peau, épaisse et grasse. C est spécial, il faut aimer. La recette est peut être ainsi. Me concernant je n ai pas beaucoup apprécié, mais d autres apprécieront peut être☺️. Le service est plutôt spécial, on peut dire « expéditif », car il y a beaucoup de monde. Peu d égards pour le client que nous sommes. Mais c est un style, cela fait le charme du lieu. Je n ai pas pu (pas de proposition) ni finalement voulu de dessert. Je n ai testé qu un seul plat. Peut etre que d autres plats sont nettement à la hauteur. Bref je n ai pas été subjuguée, et ce n est pas un endroit où je reviendrai confiante. Et je suis désolée de ne pas être raccord avec le Michelin…comme quoi…les goûts et les couleurs…
