Đồ ăn ổn, ngon nên mình đã đến vài lần nhưng đa số nhưng nhân viên thái độ vô cùng tệ. Nhất là chị gái đứng tính tiền. Kêu đồ ăn thì không dặn khách mà để khách đợi lâu. Thái độ thì khó chịu cọc cằn, đến ăn mà như đến ăn xin của họ. Mình kêu bún mắm thì đợi 20p vẫn chưa có thì lại gằn giọng nói”kêu bún mắm là phải biết đợi lâu chứ”. Tại sao mình có thể biết điều này mà k báo trước nhỉ? Giờ khách là phải biết hết như vậy còn bị la sao? La nourriture est bonne, c’est pour cette raison que je suis déjà venue plusieurs fois. Cependant, l’attitude de certains employés laisse vraiment à désirer, en particulier celle de la dame à la caisse. Lors de la commande, les clients ne sont pas informés des temps d’attente, et il arrive qu’on doive patienter longtemps sans explication. L’accueil est parfois désagréable et peu professionnel, ce qui gâche l’expérience malgré la qualité des plats. Par exemple, après avoir commandé un “bún mắm”, j’ai attendu plus de 20 minutes sans être servi. Lorsque j’ai demandé des nouvelles, on m’a répondu sèchement : « Quand on commande un bún mắm, il faut savoir attendre longtemps ». Or, comment les clients peuvent-ils deviner cela si on ne les informe pas à l’avance ? Il serait préférable d’expliquer clairement ces contraintes dès la commande, afin d’éviter malentendus et frustrations.

Leur Pho est vraiment excellent et copieux ! Leur dessert aux 3 couleurs est délicieux ! Les serveurs sont très sympathiques et réactifs. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant.
