Je tiens à exprimer ma sincère reconnaissance pour l’accueil chaleureux et le service de qualité que j’ai reçus lors de ma récente visite à Paul de Châtelet. Je souhaite tout particulièrement remercier Auriana et Ilona, qui ont su faire preuve d’un grand professionnalisme, tout en restant souriantes, attentives et agréables tout au long du service. Leur bonne humeur et leur efficacité ont largement contribué à rendre ce moment très plaisant. Bravo à elles pour leur engagement et leur sens du service. C’est un vrai plaisir de fréquenter un établissement où l’on se sent aussi bien accueilli.
