Suggestions : - Mettre en place un système de pourboires via le terminal de paiement afin que les clients puissent récompenser directement le personnel de service. - Rendre l’accès aux toilettes payant pour les non-consommateurs. Cette mesure inciterait au respect et à la propreté des lieux, tout en permettant de reverser la cagnotte à la personne chargée de l’entretien, en reconnaissance de son travail.
