Llegué con un poco de miedo al leer los réviews en google Maps, pero algunos familiares insistieron en que probara. Yo ya llegué cuando estaba vacío, pero aún así la atención fue rápida y el servicio súper amable. Me pedí un plato mixto de txuleton con papas fritas, huevo frito y ensalada. ¡Que chulada! Rato sin disfrutar una carne como esta, y de las mejores que me he comido, de gran calidad y salada al punto, tal unos cachos más suaves que otros pero aún así la disfrute un montón. La papa es delgada que en lo personal no me fascina, pero la calidad es muy buena, y también el huevo frito, la yema ligeramente tierna y ligeramente cocida de abajo, bastante bien. Y la ensalada se comió por pura salud la verdad. Pude probar un poco el solomillo de mi primo y bastante bien, pero él Txuleton no lo podría recomendar más. Feliz regreso 8.7/10
