Bajo mi punto de vista, uno de los mejores restaurantes de Pamplona. Y lo digo por: - Ser una propuesta distinta y sofisticada. - El trato de todas y cada una de las personas de la sala. Su carta está compuesta por platos minuciosamente elaborados, perfectos para compartir. En nuestra última visita probamos, entre otros, el pescado del día, el Croissant de steak tartare (el mejor plato que probé) y el Caramel Exotique (un postre maravillosísimo). 100% recomendable. Enhorabuena por vuestro trabajo.

La cocina es una maravilla, y el servicio también. Valentina es un encanto y sus recomendaciones en vinos un gran acierto.
