Me da mucha pena que de haber sido el Mejor Burguer King de Pamplona con mucha diferencia haya pasado a lo de hoy. Un local siempre a rebosar de clientes, hoy dia esta desierto casi siempre. Y no me extraña, soy del sector y es facil darse cuenta de porque. Han perdido de vista la satisfaccion del cliente. Nos hemos dejado casi 50€ en tres menus y la bebida caliente, sin gas, hielos de risa y solo sprite y cola, pero sin gas y caliente. A la correspondiente queja al personal, la respuesta fue: "Echale mas hielo". Mi mujer no quiere hielo, quiere coca cola fria sin hielo, que ha pagado coca cola Grande. Hasta el helado lo ponen sin gracia. Muy mal. He sido cliente fiel de este burguer durante años pero hoy sera la ultima vez que vaya. Y a decir verdad, creo recordar que en los otros Burguer King que he estado ultimamente me ha pasado parecido. Una pena por Burguer King. Empresas que tenian ls fidelidad del cliente, la tiran sin mas. Una pena.
