Tuve la suerte de coincidir con los Sanfermines y descubrir Asador Olaverri… y solo puedo decir que fue un 10 en mi vida. Si te gusta la carne, este lugar es simplemente el cielo. Cada bocado es una fiesta: jugosa, sabrosa, hecha con mimo y a la brasa como mandan los clásicos. El chuletón fue una obra de arte, y el ambiente —con la energía única de Pamplona en fiestas— lo convirtió en una experiencia inolvidable. Servicio impecable, producto de primera, y esa sensación de estar viviendo algo auténtico. Asador Olaverri no se olvida. Se recomienda con el corazón.
