The "Sady Pobedy" Shopping Center is an extensive structure that impresses with its grandeur. It caters to customers with high income levels, as its selection includes authentic paintings by contemporary Odessa artists and artists from the early 20th century; footwear and clothing from famous brands, jewelry, as well as elite limousines.

The "Sady Pobedy" Shopping Center building, located in the prestigious "Arkadia" district, has six levels. The so-called ground floor houses an underground parking. The first level contains the "Cosmos" retail spaces and a Fauchon-corner with premium delicacies and a variety of gastronomic delights. The second through fourth levels are dedicated to the sale of fashionable branded items and products from exclusive brands. A picture gallery is also located here.

The last, fifth level, is a concert and restaurant complex. The spacious restaurant hall can accommodate 800 people. In turn, the area of the lavishly decorated concert hall is equal to 2,000 square meters.
