The "Sady Pobedy" Shopping Center building, located in the prestigious "Arkadia" district, has six levels. The so-called ground floor houses an underground parking. The first level contains the "Cosmos" retail spaces and a Fauchon-corner with premium delicacies and a variety of gastronomic delights.
