Merci à Julia, qui a été plus qu’adorable : le café était excellent. Cependant, le chef d’équipe devrait revoir son rapport à la clientèle et faire preuve de plus de discrétion. Il est absolument inadmissible qu’il se permette de critiquer toute son équipe à voix haute pendant sa pause avec ses amis, devant les clients.
