Ce restaurant est parfait! La qualité du contenu des assiettes tranche Avec le reste des restaurants sur Nice. On ressent Un souci du détail et une volonté de satisfaire qui à mon sens est extrêmement appréciable. Bravo pour cette prestation

Update - 2 years later (2025) - the place is still hot. They got cheap with the evoo and the waitress forgot our order many times. She also asked for a tip which, while normal in the USA, was odd in France, at a Michelin restaurant no less. Food is okay but it’s becoming on par with the better restaurants in the area that don’t have a Michelin rating. They had an egg dish and I had to salt it for taste … I can’t remember the last time I had to salt a dish at a restaurant … it must be years. The chef cares and is passionate but something was very underwhelming. They cooked the wagyu steak well done when my wife ordered it medium rare. I felt bad for the waitress because I think it was a language barrier issue. But aside from my wife specifically asking “how does the chef recommend it” and confirming when the waitress said medium rare, i was surprised that they’d cook a 1/2” thick piece of wagyu well done. I’ve never seen my wife send back a steak. Other than that… room temp bread is brought out in paper bags. I really don’t know what they’re doing. Just get some ac; the open kitchen concept is cool but we literally considered skipping dessert because we were sweating. Had to go home and take off sweaty clothes. I no longer would go back here. So many other places to try. (Original review from 2023) Simple - the food was exquisite. Only star knocked off ambiance is they decided to leave the door open on a hot night when they started the night with AC doors closed. The whole line of tables had guests fanning themselves, presumably haven chosen to dine indoors due to the heat. It’s okay - I would go back any time.
