Always a packed local favorite so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE book early. Even during the off season. They have some tables outside but sensibly provide blankets. There is a main menu that does not change at all, e.g. foie gras, entrecôte, cocotte of pork etc. But the daily menu is exciting and changes regularly. Wine list contains good but reasonably priced wines. Don't be put off by the price (say Euro 23 for a bottle of white) because it is really good. If you somehow can't get in, walk past about 9:00 pm and if you ask really nicely and they really have a table, you can get in. If not, don't blame them, because they are THAT popular.

Dans une rue très touristique, on ne s’attendait pas à une cuisine aussi soignée. Les saveurs et la présentation étaient largement au-dessus des standards du coin. Une vraie belle adresse.
