Love that it’s self serve, just get what you want and pay, so simple and easy.

Je me suis fait agresser verbalement par une vendeuse d’un certain âge qui porte des lunettes, simplement parce que j’ai retiré l’étiquette d’un pain que j’allais acheter — avec mes mains. Elle m’a dit, sans gêne : « Je suis la chef, ici je suis la reine », ce qui résume bien son attitude. De plus, elle a refusé de m’appliquer la remise de -50%, pourtant pratiquée à partir d’une certaine heure (il était 19h30), sans explication valable. Et ce, alors que j’ai dépensé 43€ dans cette boulangerie. Je suis pourtant une cliente fidèle. Ce manque de respect et de considération envers les clients est inacceptable. Je ne compte pas y remettre les pieds, et je déconseille cette adresse à ceux qui cherchent un accueil professionnel et chaleureux. Et d’après les avis je ne suis pas la seule à me plaindre de cette personne.

J'adore Marie Blachère mais première et dernière fois que je vais à celui ci ! Normalement le pain de la marque est toujours bon et croustillant, quelle déception dans cette boulangerie... il faut se servir soi-même, avec des pinces qui trainent avec les viennoiseries ou autres, le personnel dit à peine bonjour, j'avais l'impression de les déranger dans leur discussion... je comprends pourquoi il n'y avait personne dedans...
