Socca 전문점입니다. Socca란 병아리콩 가루, 물, 올리브 오일, 소금을 섞어 얇게 반죽한 후, 화덕이나 오븐에서 바삭하게 구운 음식으로 원래는 가난한 노동자의 간식이었으나 현재는 프로방스를 대표하는 음식이라고 해서 먹어봤는데, 호불호가 있을 맛이에요~
