Such a great spot! The Japanese chef really knows how to bring out the best in every ingredient. Everything was super fresh and carefully prepared. The gazpacho was so refreshing and full of flavor, and the duck steak was juicy and perfectly cooked. Loved the wine too — clearly chosen with care. If you’re in Nice and want a relaxed but high-quality French meal, definitely check this place out.

We are locals from the Cote d'Azur and after trying so many restaurants from Cannes to Valbonne to Nice, L'Eau de Vie is our absolute favorite restaurant. The food is delicious and seasonal and just hits the spot every single time! The prices are very honest and the owners are lovely.
