Une qualité de viande remarquable, mais un service regrettablement lent. J’ai récemment eu l’occasion de dîner dans cet établissement, attiré par sa réputation en matière de viande et sur ce point, je dois reconnaître que la promesse est tenue. La qualité des produits est indéniable. En revanche, le service s’est révélé extrêmement décevant. Plus d’une heure d’attente pour recevoir le plat principal. De plus, nous avons été placé sur une table extérieure sans lumière alors que nous avions réservé une table 1 semaine avant. Ce manque d’organisation et de considération a malheureusement terni l’expérience.
