Le patron est super, les collègues aussi, il y a toujours une bonne ambiance. Franchement, après avoir goûté toutes les soccas de Nice, celle-ci est largement la meilleure, et de loin. Je viens de Paris, et la première chose que je fais en arrivant, c’est passer ici pour prendre leur socca. Cuisson parfaite, goût authentique… rien à dire, c’est un vrai plaisir à chaque fois.
