Excellent et très authentique. Le meilleur banh-mi de Nice! J'ai pris celui à la poitrine de porc laquée, c'est vraiment délicieux, très bien garni, très savoureux et copieux. Le riz cantonais est le meilleur que j'ai goûté : avec de l'oeuf, du porc char siu et des saucisses lap xuong. Les prix sont très honnêtes. Je recommande vivement.
