Actually pretty good. Above expectation. Perhaps because we ate between rush hours, I don’t know (14:00). Friendly and attentive staff, venue in true shade, good food.

The service is fantastic; the manager greets you right away. The pizzas, especially the Italian one, are exceptional. The ravioli are also excellent.

Where do I start… went to Citta di Siena on 10th of August 2025 for dinner and was greeted by a lovely young man who took our order. Unfortunately our experience went downhill from there. One of the owners (Sabrina I think) was heard shouting abuse from the kitchen to her staff. The incident really ruined our experience and all customers were horrified by what they witnessed. The other owner (Sabrina’s husband) spent the entire time standing looking at his staff while they tried their best. Not lifting an arm just barked orders. Before leaving I shared my experience with him. He was very understanding and agreed that the incident should have not have happened. Having seen previous reviews, this is not an isolated incident and I realised soon after that my complaint probably went on deaf ears. AVOID.
