Joli restaurant à l'ambiance feutrée, personnel très attentionné (chaque membre de l'équipe a un mot gentil et se préoccupe du déroulement de votre repas). Les tapas ainsi que la pavlova revisitée étaient très bons. J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon dîner ainsi que l'ambiance du restaurant. Je recommande.

Now I understand why people gave all the low scores. This had to be the meal with the worst service on my trip. It was 6:30 pm and the restaurant just reopened so the place was empty. I asked for a table for one and the waiter put me next to the door inside right beside a screen. I was blocked from making contacts with the wait staff for services. It had to be one of the worst tables. I ordered the beef cheek (€22). It didn't come with any carbs or side so I asked for some bread instead of a side of rice (€5). He was not happy, and when he finally saw my 15% discount card as a room guest, he turned more unhappy. The restaurant had a very nice ambience and the food was fine, but I don't understand why they treat customers like this. Let's see if they respond to this ans say that I'm a spammer.
