Es una Iglesia muy bonita. Tiene un Altar dorado y la decoración del techo es preciosa. La construcción de esta Iglesia se inició en 1720 y fué consagrada en el año 1755. Es de Estilo Barroco esta Iglesia. Encontraremos la imagen del Cristo de la Misericordia, muy venerada, en una Capilla. Conocida por la Capila de los Naranjos, sede de la Cofradía del Santísimo Cristo. Conocida como "Los Naranjos".

Iglesia Conventual de Santo Domingo, que muestra dos fachadas; a la del Poniente le falta un cuerpo y a la que se eleva sobre la Plaza, revestida de ladrillo, la rematan dos torres y espadaña.La Iglesia de Santo Domingo y la contigua Capilla del Rosario son las construcciones que quedan de un antiguo conjunto monástico de la Orden Dominica situado en la céntrica plaza de Santo Domingo, que preside y a la que da nombre. Su origen se sitúa en el siglo XIII, aunque el conjunto actualmente conservado corresponde al siglo XVI (Capilla del Rosario) y al siglo XVIII (Iglesia conventual de Santo Domingo). La singularidad de la iglesia, conectada a la capilla del Rosario (s. XVI) y abierta a dos frentes de la ciudad, motivó que tuviera dos fachadas en sus extremos: el poniente, frente al teatro Romea, y la levantada en ladrillo, hacia la plaza de Santo Domingo. La Hornacina de Santo Domingo está ubicada en la Plaza de Santo Domingo 1. 30008 de Murcia. Se trata de un elemento arquitectónico dentro de la Iglesia de Santo Domingo. La iglesia y convento de Santo Domingo fueron fundados en el siglo XVI. En la fachada principal de la iglesia, se pueden observar detalles renacentistas y barrocos, incluyendo esculturas de Santo Domingo y San Francisco, abrazándose al pie de la cruz de Cristo. Además, en la portada de acceso, hay una hornacina con la imagen de la Virgen con el Niño, atribuida al jesuita Domingo Beltrán.
