Achtung, Betrugsversucht! Ich habe über Lieferando eine Pizza bestellt, nach 30 Minuten über der Lieferzeit, habe ich beim Restaurant angerufen, welches mir mitteilte, dass er angebliche eine Mail von Lieferando erhalten hat, dass die Bestellung storniert wurde. Ich habe die Bestellung weder storniert noch sonst etwas, Sie steht als "geliefert" im Lieferando Account. Nun habe ich via Lieferando einen Fall eröffnet um an mein Geld zu kommen, jedoch stellt sich der Besitzer quer und stimmt einer Erstattung der nicht gelieferten Pizza nicht zu. Keine Pizza, Geld bezahlt und Kopfschmerzen gratis.
