Das Gasthaus Waltz will Wiener Küche nach München bringen. Das Team mit echtem Dialekt macht das prima, ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich als Gast gerne willkommen zu sein. Auch das Lokal ist einladend. Und jetzt kommt die Kritik: Beim Wiener Schnitzel ist das Verhältnis von Fleisch zu Panierung doch sehr stark zu Gunsten der Panierung ausgefallen. Da hätte ich mehr darunter erwartet. Das kenne ich auch anders. Beilagen, Vorspeise und Nachspeise haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Und ja, die Weinkarte ist üppig. Manchmal ist weniger mehr. Die Preise sind für Münchner Verhältnisse angemessen, aber nicht wenig.

Am Donnerstagabend um 18:00 Uhr hatten wir einen Tisch reserviert und es war ein rundum gelungener Abend! Charlotte hat uns als Gastgeberin direkt am Empfang unglaublich herzlich begrüßt, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Ihre Freundlichkeit, Professionalität und aufmerksame Art haben den Abend unvergesslich gemacht. Die Einrichtung des Gasthauses ist liebevoll gestaltet mit einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Ästhetik und durchdachten Details – einfach ein Ort, an dem man sich wohlfühlt. Da wir nur einen kleinen Hunger hatten entschieden wir uns für jeweils einen frischen Salat und ein wirklich hervorragendes Cordon Bleu. Auf Empfehlung probierte ich ein alkoholfreies Getränk von Villbrygg, das absolut köstlich war. Ich komme definitiv mit Freunden wieder und sende an dieser Stelle nochmals herzliche Grüße an Charlotte und das gesamte Team. Bis bald!
