Es kann gut sein, dass man zwischen einem Black Cod oder einer Gelbschwanzmakrele auch ein delikates Gericht vom Iberico-Schwein entdeckt - fein abgeschmeckt und gewürzt versteht sich. Ich habe mich zu einem Abendessen dort eingefunden. Habe eine köstliche Miso-Suppe gegessen und ein leckeres Bier getrunken. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Küche war sehr professionell und sauber. Alles top. Sehr gerne wieder!
