Der Subway ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber es gibt ein paar Punkte, die aus meiner Sicht verbesserungswürdig sind. Vor dem Laden halten sich oft Gruppen Jugendlicher auf, was den Eingangsbereich manchmal unruhig wirken lässt. Im Sommer ist es im Innenbereich zudem sehr heiß – eine Klimaanlage oder bessere Belüftung wäre angenehm. Was mir negativ aufgefallen ist: In der Auslage bei den Cookies habe ich ein Haar entdeckt (siehe Foto). Das wirft natürlich Fragen zur Hygiene auf. Auch der Empfang war eher wortkarg – ein freundliches „Hallo“ hat leider gefehlt. Da ich ebenfalls nichts gesagt habe, war der Umgang eher distanziert. Geschmacklich war das Sandwich wie gewohnt gut, aber der Gesamteindruck könnte mit ein wenig mehr Sorgfalt und Freundlichkeit deutlich besser sein.

Niewieder, extrem unfreundliches Personal bis auf paar Ausnahmen. Alle relevanten Details der Bestellung wurden vergessen oder falsch ausgeführt. Keine Arbeitsmoral der Mitarbeiter und vorallem der türkischen Mitarbeiterinnen. Schrecklich!
