Shizoo sollte man nicht bei Uber bestellen, das Essen wurde nach 1.5 Stunden geliefert. Der Lieferzeitpunkt wurde mehr als 45min überschritten. Eine Stornierung am Telefon ist nicht möglich. Der Kundenbetreuer am Telefon schiebt die Verantwortung auf Uber.
