Meine Erfahrung mit dem Service ist leider wechselhaft. Mal hat man Glück und wird freundlich bedient, mal eher weniger – das scheint wirklich von der jeweiligen Bedienung abzuhängen. Bei meinem letzten Besuch war das Personal leider nicht besonders freundlich. Zum Vergleich: Im Sausalitos in Dresden war die Bedienung deutlich aufmerksamer und herzlicher. Auch in der Filiale in der Sonnenstraße habe ich schon ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht wie diesmal – eher unfreundlich. Die Cocktails während der Happy Hour bieten ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, und auch das Essen schmeckt wirklich gut. Besonders zu Coupon-Zeiten kann ich das Restaurant empfehlen – mit Coupons ist es unschlagbar günstig. Insgesamt: Mit den richtigen Angeboten bekommt man hier top Qualität zum kleinen Preis.
