Wir hatten einen großartigen Abend im Ausbildungs-Restaurant Roecklplatz! Dieser Tomatensalat mit Basilikum-Mousse-der Hammer! Vom Feinsten auch das Rinderfilet, auf den Punkt gebraten dazu grüner Spargel mit Biss. Das Dessert, ein Kokos-Mousse mit Erdbeeren rundeten den Abend kulinarisch perfekt ab. Eine super Idee ist die Easser-Sommer-Flat insbesondere an so einem heißen Abend. Volle Empfehlung und weiterhin viel Erfolg!

Vegane und rein pflanzliche Gerichte sind wirklich unglaublich lecker. Die Karte wechselt und bisher haben uns alle Gerichte wirklich immer wieder überzeugt! Natürlich wären wir über noch mehr vegane Gerichte glücklich ;) Der Service ist ebenso ausgesprochen gut und passt zum Ambiente und dem Essen.
