Das Essen ist typische italienische Hausmannskost und die Portionen sind eher klein. Der Service und das Ambiente ist zudem mittelmäßig. Daher muss ich leider sagen, dass die Preise für die gebotene Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt sind.

A Hidden Gem in Munich! My mom and I were visiting Munich for the first time and stumbled upon a true hidden gem: Va Bene. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, Nico, who went above and beyond to make our evening special. We were seated right away, and a fresh bread basket was promptly placed on our table, which was a lovely touch since most restaurants we have dined at charge for this. Nico personally chatted with us, answered all our questions about the menu, and even created custom dishes based on our eating preferences! I couldn’t have asked for a better meal; the food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. I had a seafood pasta dish that was rich and full of flavor, and my mom enjoyed perfectly cooked scallops, shrimp, and roasted potatoes with mushrooms. Our appetizer was Caprese, which was beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. Nico thoughtfully paired our dishes with a delicious red wine, which complemented everything perfectly. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly stood out. The restaurant is pristine, with a classy and elegant design. There are both indoor and outdoor seating areas, each with a warm, welcoming vibe and perfect atmosphere. The staff were lovely and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. Nico’s kindness, generosity, and passion for what he does truly shines through. I cannot recommend Va Bene enough- it’s a must-visit when in Munich!! Thank you Nico and staff!
