Man steht friedlich an der Kasse, da ertönt aus der Küche das herzliche Gebrüll des Filial-/Schichtleiters, der seine Mitarbeitenden mit einer Mischung aus Demütigung und Rassismus motiviert. Wirklich inspirierend, dieser Führungsstil!Da fühlt man sich als Kunde gleich willkommen.

Heute war in der Bestellung alles Falsch außer den Getränken. Wer isst schon Pommes und ein Milkschake? 2x davor hat auch was gefehlt,es ist ja nicht schlimm wenn mal ein pommes fehlt aber immer das Hauptgericht. Telefonisch natürlich niemand zu erreichen.
