Fresh salad, perfectly cooked steak and octopus — both incredibly tender, plus the black pepper added a wonderful aroma. Full of thoughtful details.

Das 3-Gänge-Mittagsmenü hatte Höhen und Tiefen. Die Vorspeise (Mosaik vom Graved Lachs) war sehr gut. Der Hauptgang war jedoch leider kein Hit. Unter langsam geschmorten Jungbullen-Fleisch stelle ich mir kein relativ festes Stück Fleisch vor, das nur mit dem Messer kleinzukriegen ist. Leider kam auch keine Rückfrage vom Kellner, warum die Hälfte übrig geblieben ist.
