Ich war schon mehrmals hier und bin jedes Mal begeistert! Und nun endlich eine Bewertung :) Da ich selbst koreanische Wurzeln habe, LIEBE ich die einzigartige und gelungene Fusion mit verschiedenen asiatischen Einflüssen und hochwertigen bayerischen Produkten. Ich habe das Gefühl, hier wird mit viel Wertschätzung und Können gekocht. Dabei gibts wenig Chichi, sondern ansprechend angerichtete und wirklich irre leckere Gerichte - von denen mich manche an „Zuhause“ erinnern. Umami pur! Durch die wechselnde Karte ist immer wieder was spannendes dabei, so wirds trotz übersichtlicher Karte nie langweilig . Aber Blumenkohl Karaage muss natürlich immer sein ;) Das Ambiente ist lässig und gemütlich, und die Bedienung wirklich immer super freundlich. Ich komme hier gerne her - egal ob zu zweit oder in größerer Runde. Auch für meine veganen friends gibt es immer genug Auswahl :)

Das Ciao Chang hat viel zu bieten. Ähnlich wie die Stadt München, wenn nicht gerade Wiesn ist. Heute hatte ich das ganze Menü. Hier lest ihr alles darüber, was ich empfehlen kann und wo ich einen Bogen drum machen würde. Zunächst versucht das Geschmacksprofil vom Ciao Chang, dich zu umarmen und gleichzeitig die Freude am Essen aus dir heraus zu kitzeln. Lohnt sich: Auf die 1: Blumenkohl Kaarage 10/10 2. Miso Carbonara 3. Aprikosen Milchreis Knödel 4. Saibling aus dem Isartal Stark: - Brokkolini - Tegyu Pflanzerl - Gegrillter Romana - Kalamari Wenn man Bock drauf hat: - Zucchini - Thai-Fischpflanzerl - Sesam-Spitzkohl-Salat - Roastbeef

Nicht das günstigste Lokal aber geisteskrank gutes Essen und das ganz ohne chi chi (wenn man davon absieht, dass es kein helles vom Fass in 0,5l Gläsern gibt). Einer meiner favs in ganz München. Lieb alles hier (bis auf die Sache mit dem Bier) ;)
