⭐☆☆☆☆ (leider gezwungen, einen Stern zu geben) Ich bin selten sprachlos, aber dieser Besuch bei Burger King war eine absolute Katastrophe. Der Service? Miserabel. Das Personal wirkte durchgehend unfreundlich, desinteressiert und völlig unmotiviert, als wäre jeder Gast eine lästige Unterbrechung. Auf eine einfache Nachfrage nach dem im Coupon enthaltenen Ketchup bekam ich nur ein genervtes „Geht nur am Terminal, nicht hier an der Kasse“ , also soll ich jetzt raten, ob ich ihn bekomme oder nicht? Die Hygiene war erschreckend: Auf dem Boden lagen haufenweise Pommes, als hätte man sie dort absichtlich verteilt. Ein wahrer Nährboden für Ratten und das mitten im Gastraum! Ich möchte gar nicht wissen, wie es hinter den Kulissen aussieht. Das Essen war der traurige Höhepunkt: Mein Kollege und ich hatten massive Bauchschmerzen nach dem Besuch. Der Verdacht liegt nahe, dass hier abgelaufene oder falsch gelagerte Produkte verwendet wurden. So etwas ist nicht nur ekelhaft, sondern gesundheitsgefährdend. Dieser Laden gehört dringend vom Gesundheitsamt überprüft. Eigentlich würde ich null Sterne vergeben, aber leider ist man gezwungen, mindestens einen zu geben. Mein Rat: Finger weg von diesem Burger King.
