一個人用餐，座位不大，服務人員很久才來點菜。點了店內推薦的American Tenderloin牛排套餐（含沙拉、麵包、烤馬鈴薯），附菜都很好吃，但牛肉竟然有腥味，烤焦處有苦味，令人非常失望，後來才聽說這家店的主廚水準不一，建議去其他連鎖店吃。

Wie immer hat uns Block House nicht enttäuscht. Service war freundlich und aufmerksam und unsere extra Wünsche wurden super umgesetzt. Der stellvertretende Restaurantleiter Herr Thien hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, wirklich Willkommen zu sein. Immer wieder gerne.
