Als Anwohner einfach nur schrecklich. Freitag und Samstag immer laute Musik bis spät Abends. Man muss sich im Sommer entscheiden Fenster/ Balkon auf ( Lärm ) oder zu (Hitzestau ). Dann kommen zusätzlich gröllende 60er Fans, meist besoffen. Sonstige Alkis sind sowie da. Fast tägliche Polizei- Einsätze. Die Straße ist ohnehin schon laut. Da sollten sich die Leute von der Stadt und Green City Gedanken über Umweltschutz machen. Ja, Menschen bzw. Anwohner sind auch Umwelt. Ist schließlich ein Wohngebiet. Update Juli 2025 : Der Grünspitz hat durch Erneuerung ein neues Gesicht bekommen. Jetzt mit TT - Platten und Trinkwasserhahn. und mind. 7 neue Bäume. Bisher weniger Musik und Veranstaltungen, daher weniger Lärmbelästigung der Anwohner. Erhöhe von 1 Stern auf 3

Jetzt wird endlich umgebaut und renoviert. Das ganze ist eine Freifläche unter Bäumen mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Manchmal hat ein Kiosk offen.
